The team at Baltic Custom Construction, Inc. did such a wonderful job on my total kitchen remodel and living and dining room ceilings and painting. I can't be any happier with the beautiful results. The time, effort and detail that was put forth shows in the work. It was a pleasure working with them and I will definitely be calling them in the future for any additional work that I may need done. Darius and his crew did excellent work. They come to work and finish the job. It took them 7 total days to install my new kitchen, install LTV flooring in about 1500 sq. Ft, replace my bath, new tile, tub, vanity, tile flooring, etc., and a new vanity in my other bath to include adding an additional faucet, an additional light, an extra outlet, etc. we were surprised the job was completed so quickly and in good Workman like fashion. The job site was clean, the Workman courteous and Darius was there to make sure all questions were answered promptly. He came back after the job was completed to help with a drawer that was off track. We would recommend Baltic Custom Construction.

Many of our neighbors used Baltic for their kitchens so we felt confident that they would do a good job on our renovation, but we had no idea how pleased we would end up being. We had a major kitchen project -- removing a wall and relocating electrical and plumbing to expand our galley kitchen. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Kitchen designer, Tracy, had great ideas that were accommodating to our needs and our budget. Once the demolition work started, Darius and his friendly, experienced crew were there every day until it was finished (about 5 weeks). When small problems arose, they communicated with us and figured out agreeable solutions for all of us while still staying within our budget. The fact that his crew has been with him for many years, in our view, speaks volumes about Darius and his company. It is obvious they all take a great deal of pride in their work and want their customers to be happy. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Darius came highly reccomened by my real estate agent Marty Welsh, and after working with him and this company it's easy to see why. They were helpful, courteous, excellent problem solvers, came in on budget and ahead of schedule (despite many on the fly changes on our part). They took extra care to limit the amount of construction dust, draped all of our things swept every day, and covered the air intake in the space they were working in. Their tile work skills are the best I've encountered, there were several additional electrical issues that they solved. The subcontractors they used were also exceptional, when I had unrelated issues with my hvac they came out the same day and fixed them for free, when I needed additional electrical lines run their electrition came out the next day ran several new lines and even brought in heavy boxes off my porch and into my basement for less than 200$. I now have a 4th bedroom, a second bathroom, repaired tilework in another bathroom, upgraded electric, handrails, several new light fixtures and vents, all of which exceeded my expectations and are all up to code in less than a month. If possible will hire them again for any future jobs I have on my home. Speaking from the experience of moving over 30 times and renovating several houses in multiple states, these guys are some of the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with. In talent, skills, and creating a comfortable safe working environment they are truly excellent.

Baltic Custom Construction built me a beautiful kitchen within a 30 day period, as promised! This job included taking down walls (and building new support systems); removing floors, rebuilding subfloors; removing and rebuilding ceilings; realigning gas, water, radiator piping lines. The Baltic Construction Employees demonstrated their professionalism by working diligently, cleaned up daily, fully communicated details of their progress, used skillful and quality craftsmanship in cutting the trim, etc. and helped me with recommendations when I was uncertain of details in the plan. I researched many estimates for this project, and I chose Baltic Custom Construction due to the competitive price Darius quoted and witnessing the other projects Darius supervised. If minor additional cost was needed, I was informed of the reason and amount and was allowed to make the decision. Amazing work!

The professionalism of the Baltic Custom Construction team impressed me with their dedication to quality and customer service. The “team” starts with Darius Stankevicius, the President of the company and continued through to their incredible designer and their dedicated construction team! Tracy, their designer, worked with me for hours to ensure that the bathroom I had envisioned was practical while still being extremely stylish. The construction team started and ended with Darius, he was onsite everyday to work with his team to ensure quality! His team members, Jose' and Diego, particularly, were outstanding - dedicated to perfection with an incredible eye to detail! There were a couple of times when we realized that "the plan" wasn't going to work in the space - they worked with me to ensure my satisfaction - I was part of the team! From start to finish it took them less than 4 weeks to transform my functional yet dated bathroom into a modern 'Spa Bath'. Would I recommend them? Absolutely! Without reservation!!!!!

Project was to repair damage to our new kitchen due to a leak from our radiator which was reinstalled incorrectly by a licensed plumber. The floor needed to be replaced, which in this case required removing the new quartz counter tops and base cabinets to rip out the damaged flooring and replace it. Darius quoted us the job on a Saturday and had the kitchen ready to go by that Wednesday. We will be using him for any future projects at our house.

The quality of the company's work is excellent

Darius and his crews were extremely professional, worked diligently and quickly, and thoroughly cleaned the work area every day. They were on time and the work was beautiful. My master bathroom is a showstopper. Helped to sell my house in 4 days

Darius is a hard working, skilled contractor who is affordable and will work with you to satisfaction. A few years ago I had Sears come in for an estimate, received a high price. They told me I would get a gift card if I hired them on the spot. I was given one reference. I called the reference and that person really liked Darius's work as a sub contractor for Sears and had him do several home projects. I then had Darius come in for an estimate and he gave me a price for the same work that Sears would have done at a much lesser price. He and his workers since then have put in two kitchens and a bathroom for me. The kitchen and bathrooms were selling points for the house. He added to an existing bulkhead to make it continuous wrap around that helped make the kitchen look really nice. He now has a designer who works with him. When I moved into my condo Darius's crew put in a kitchen right away.

The workforce is extremely conscientious & knowledgeable. Additionally, they are perfectionists in their workmanship. We would definitely recommend Baltic to prospective clients and we ourselves look forward to seeking their expertise with future projects.

Baltic Custom Constructions Inc made our dream kitchen come true. Baltic has a talented team of highly skilled tradesmen that are polite, detail oriented and who kept the area under construction well protected from the rest of the house. For our dream kitchen, Baltic took down a wall, put up a support beam, all new wood floors, recessed lighting and plenty of cabinetry. I can't wait to use Baltic for another home improvement project real soon

We are totally amazed at our new kitchen that we love! We have a small kitchen area and never would have imagined it would look as fantastic as it does! We had 7 contractors come over to give us estimates, and Baltic Custom Construction was by far the best. They were very thorough with every detail of the work that was to be done and provided a fair estimate. Tracy designed the kitchen to give it a more "open look." She offered many suggestions to give our kitchen the most style and functionality. Darius who is the owner is very pleasant, professional, down-to-earth, patient, and attentive to our needs. He and his crew were very committed to getting the work done in a timely and precise manner. Jose and Diego are very hard workers with the highest level of expertise. Our kitchen project included a complete remodel -- tearing down walls, removing an outside door, installing aluminum siding and soffits on the outside of the house, replacing a small window with a very nice size window, and installing a complete floor which continued into our dining room. We can't say enough of how happy we are to have chosen Baltic Custom Construction. We will surely have them back when we decide on updating our bathrooms! We totally recommend Darius and his company above all the rest!

Darius was recommended by our realtor and it is easy to understand why. His bid was quick and very reasonable for the scope of work. We bought an older home with an unfinished basement. He added a bathroom and bedroom in the basement and it is great. He worked with us so we got just what we wanted. He made lots of really good suggestions that we did not think of, like placement of electrical outlets and proper ventilation. The project also included upgrading the electrical, installing an overhead light in the living room where there was no electrical before, revising the plumbing and venting for the laundry, and a lot of other little things that can be so difficult when you are moving into an older home. We had to move in before he started the project. His crew was careful and considerate, and they kept the mess to a minimum. The whole project was completed on time and on budget. I would happily use them again, and I recommend them without reservation

We were very happy with the work Darius, Tracy, and everyone at BCC did for our new home. We had our entire kitchen renovated as well as other work done around our house (e.g., new bathroom tile; replacement of basement door and a couple windows) and at every step of the way, they were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and did a terrific job. Tracy came up with a great design that maximized our kitchen space (we have a galley kitchen) including rearranging appliance location and knocking down part of a wall. Communication was strong and BCC kept us informed every day of progress. They also worked with us to complete the job on an accelerated schedule, meeting our deadline (move-in date) as requested. I would highly recommend BCC and will be glad to refer them to others looking to do home renovation.

I purchased a home and Baltic Custom Construction (BCC) renovated the kitchen and expanded and fully renovated my master bathroom. The work was impeccable. I continue to get compliments. The BCC staff was very professional while working in my home and answered y questions I had during the process.
